If you are renewing your card, we suggest that you start that process 30 days prior to your current card’s expiration date. You will need the email address and password used to log into OMMA that was used for the card you currently have. If you do not have that information, you can contact OMMA via email support@mycomplia.com to get that information. If you do not have access to that email used previously, they can help you update that information. We cannot upload your new information to OMMA unless we have that username and password from your previous card. The prices and fees are the same as if you were applying for a medical card for the first time. All the previous documentation requirements and procedures apply to a renewal.

The OMMA (state) fee must be paid by credit card. The state will not accept American Express. ***Credit card payments are required by the state, we cannot make any changes or exceptions to state rules*** If you do not have a credit card, you may purchase a prepaid visa card at a local retail store.
We do not charge any additional fees for this service, nor do we control any fees charged by Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority. We are here merely to help you obtain your medical card. Please refer to the information sheet you will receive when your paperwork is complete.
